Ingredients -

🌿Raspberry Leaf - Ascorbic Acids. Astringents. Tannins

🌿 Rosehip - Rose hip contains vitamin C. Vitamin C can increase how much estrogen the body absorbs.

🌿 Chaste Tree Berries - Vitex agnus-castus, or chasteberry, may boost fertility and reduce symptoms of PMS and menopause. It may also repel certain insects. Most other uses are currently unsupported by science. It may cause stomach discomfort and other mild side effects, but it's considered safe for most people.

🌿Wild Yam Root - Wild Yam - Yams are not only an excellent source of fiber but also high in potassium and manganese, which are important for supporting bone health, growth, metabolism, and heart function

🌿 Dong Quai - Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) is one of the most powerful female fertility tonic herbs. Used since at least the first century, Dong Quai tonifies and strengthens the uterus by regulating hormonal control, improving uterine tone, and improving the timing of the menstrual cycle

🌿. Liquorice - In many ayurvedic texts, liquorice has been said to be an aphrodisiac in nature whose smell is enough to get a man's libido racing. In Ayurveda, there are a lot of herbs that boost a man's sexual performance, improves libido and helps him get better actions. Liquorice or mulethi is also one of them

All of my blends can also be used to make a lovely tea. 🍵

When brewing we suggest you use: 1 teaspoon of the Herbal Blend, pour in boiling water, leave for 5-10 minutes, strain, add sweetener to taste (we recommend honey or a honey substitute!) and enjoy.

⚠️Please remember that each blend is a mixture of ingredients. This does mean that if you're ordering multiple blends, each blend of the same weight may look to have a sizeable difference. This is purely down to the blends ingredients⚠️
